The number for the Steelers Box office itself is 412-323-1200.
Season tickets are only sold through the Steelers themselves, they are not available at Ticketmaster, etc. Currently there is a waiting list for tickets that you can tack your name onto the end of by writing:
Pittsburgh Steelers, PO Box 6763, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.

Sold out tickets
To get your hands on tickets that are already sold out, you'll need to turn to the secondary ticket market aka ticket brokers. This is not to say there are not the occasional good deals you can get on Ebay or Craigslist, but there is always a bit of risk involved when buying off of random individuals that can make it not worth your while.
